1. Refer per Para 5(2)(4) of Survey of India (Group ‘A' Post) Service Rules, 1989 for eligibility criteria of probation of Deputy Superintending Surveyor . Survey General of India is the competent authority for deciding the theoretical and practical examination for clearing the probation. Please provide letter of Survey General of India in this respect.
2. Refer DST letter number: SM/01/06/2012(part) dated 05th April, 2017. Please provide information of the competent authority who passed this order.
3. Please provide copy of the letter or noting in which consent was taken from the Survey General of India for passing the order by letter number SM/01/06/2012(part) dated 05th April, 2017. If these orders were passed by any authority other than Survey General of India please provide the copy of notification for grant of such powers.
4. Please provide a copy of authority letter under which these orders were framed for retrospective case as condition of service including clearance of probation for all individuals appointed together has to be the same. Please provide information if it is a case of partiality towards a person or prejudicial behavior on behalf of ordering authority.
5. If the orders of implication of eligibility criteria of probation of Deputy Superentending Surveyor are retrospective, then please provide the notification for cancellation of previous order.
