Many allottees are experiencing poor quality construction issues, other shortcomings such as cracks in walls/tiles/wooden doors, electrical and plumbing issues, seepage/leakage, etc. in AVL36 Society, Sector 36, Gurugram, Haryana.
Kindly provide following information:
1. Whether the builder/promoter is liable to rectify the defects.
2. If yes, intimate relevant clause and procedure to file complaint.
3. Requests made to builder/promoter to rectify defects has fallen on deaf ears. As per rules, within what time builder/promoter is required to take corrective action.
4. Project incharge/estate manager never visit the apartments for inspection. Whether as per rules they are required to inspect apartments or not.
5. Whether estate manager can also hold position in apartment owners association (AOA)/RWA. Please provide rules in this regard.
6. Provide email IDs of MD and CEO of AVL 36 so that complaint can be escalated to them, as RWA/maintenance office is not providing the same.
7. Whether MD and CEO are bound by rules/law to take action. Provide copies of such rules.
