There is too much pungent smell emanating 24 hours from the drainage in basement area of the society, namely, Chintels Paradiso Sector 109 Gurugram Haryana which not only causes serious health hazards but also residents are unable to park their vehicles in the basement.
1. Please intimate action taken by MCG/DTP to remove the pungent smell.
2. Provide copy of notice issued to builder in this regard.
3. Provide copy of response received from builder.
4. Builder refuses to cover the drainage. Please intimate action taken in this regard.
5. Provide copies of rules/OC regarding covering of drainage in basement area/STP.
