Provide certified copy of list of all regular faculty members of GNLU as on date with their appointment date and designation.
Provide certified copy of the approved PhD supervisor as on date with name of student allotted to respective supervisor in GNLU.
Provide certified copy of the existing rule, regulations and procedures approved by the competent authority about recognition of PhD Supervisor in GNLU.
Provide certified copy of the minutes in which Bimal N. Patel was recognised as PhD Supervisor in GNLU. Also provide list of persons in the committee which recognised him as PhD Supervisor.
Provide list of all students registered under Bimal N. Patel since beginning with date of registration.
Provide name of recognised PhD Supervisor who left GNLU but still he/she is continuing as PhD Supervisor at GNLU. Also provide certified copy of the rule permitting Supervisor outside the University to continue as PhD Supervisor at GNLU.
Provide certified copies of the Progress reports (with submission date) of existing PhD students registered under Bimal N. Patel.
Provide copy of documents submitted by Bimal N. Patel for becoming PhD Supervisor as per the eligibility conditions under the rule of GNLU. Also provide the names of members of the committee who scrutinized the document of Bimal N. Patel for claiming PhD Supervisorship.
Provide educational qualifications possessed by Bimal N. Patel on the first appointment as Director of GNLU.
Provide date(s) on which Bimal N. Patel has intimated about his completion of PhD Degree(s) to GNLU. Also provide copy of documents submitted by Bimal N. Patel in support of his claims.
Provide copy of documents submitted by Bimal N. Patel in support of equivalence of Degree(s) possessed by him to GNLU.
Provide copy of order issued by the competent authority which designated Bimal N. Patel as Professor at GNLU. Also provide copy of eligibility criteria for the post of Professor as approved by the competent authority at that time for GNLU.
