1. Copies of all timetables of the BBA-LLB program from the beginning of the academic year 2023-24 to the current date.
2. A session-taken report signed by the competent authority.
3. A list of all persons who have taken lectures in the BBA-LLB program, along with their NET passing date or PHD passing date.
4. Provide the Information on Is the head of the school a professor.
5. Provide the number of permanent law professors have been appointed by Rashtriya Raksha University to date.
6. Provide the Information on permanent assistant professors in Law have been appointed by Rashtriya Raksha University for the BBA-LLB program.
7. Provide a list of faculties, visiting faculties, adjunct faculties, etc., listed on the law school page. How many of them do not have an LLB degree? How many faculties are ceremonially placed on the law school page?
8. Provide the number of persons who have been appointed exclusively for the BBA-LLB program as per BCI norms. Has the BCI granted any relaxation to Rashtriya Raksha University for not appointing them.
9. Provide the Information on the remaining four classrooms. Please provide a building plan layout.
10. Provide a copy of the full syllabus of the BBA-LLB program with the date of approval by the Academic Council. Also, provide the minutes of the Academic Council meeting in which the syllabus was approved.
11. Provide a copy of the rule that permits non-NET or non-PHD persons to teach in the BBA-LLB program.
12. Provide copies of all attendance reports signed by the same faculty members who took lectures in the BBA-LLB program.
