The area of land on the eastern bank of the Yamuna River, near the metro stations Mayur Vihar 1 and Mayur Vihar Phase 1 Extension, is referred to variously as YK Jhuggi Camp Yamuna Khadar, YK Jhuggi Camp Chilla Khadar and YK Jhuggi Camp Yamuna Sarodav Khadar. It is largely undeveloped/agricultural land between the Yamuna River on the west, Noida Link road on the east, Highway 24/AH2 on the north, and the Delhi-Noida Direct Flyway on the south. In this context, please provide:
1) A true copy maps, plans or any other documents that indicate the DDA’s plan of action for this land area.
2) True copies of national /state level schemes/ policies that indicate how the DDA plans to utilize this land area under the purview of state/central policy
3) True copies of all orders/ meeting minutes/ correspondence that have been sent and received by the DDA with regard to the DDA’s future plans for this land area, between 1st January 2010 and now. If these documents are not available within the aforementioned date range, please provide these within a date range in which this information is available.
