1.Whether UGC has legal authority to sponsor funds and grants to University that has been found guilty by the Judgement of a court in the case of encroaching Government land.
2.Does the UGC has the right to hold the admission process of a University after the University has been found guilty of encroaching Government lands
3.Whether the funds sponsored by UGC after the date when a University is found to be guilty of encroaching Government land, has legal validity
4.What legal actions the UGC is suppose to be initiating upon a University, if a University is found guilty of encroaching Government land.
5.Are the funds and grants sponsored to a University by the UGC,with the knowledge that such University has been found guilty (by the court) of encroaching Government lands, is illegal.
