Kindly file a second appeal seeking the draft and/or final proposal for the conservation plans for the Nicobar Macaque, Robber Crab and other endemic bird species of Great Nicobar prepared/submitted for the fulfilment of the Environmental and CRZ clearance vide letter dated 11.11.2022.
The RTI request was filed vide reference code FFQXKTG6 on 10.08.2023 with the Wildlife Institute of India and no response was received.
A First Appeal was filed on 19.09.2023. Meanwhile in response the first request, the appeal was transferred through SACON to ANIIDCO in a letter dated 15.09.2023 which was uploaded on your portal on 23.09.2023.
A response from WII dated 16.10.2023 was uploaded on 19.10,2023 on your portal but the response is not towards the request and seems to have uploaded corresponding to this request mistakenly.
Meanwhile since no response has been filed by ANIIDCO, you are requested to file a Second Appeal in the matter.
