Reg BMRCL Tender NO E&M -3/Ph II, and BMRCL/HBGD/_WHTD-Deport-NEW OCC/E&M for - In

1. EPC/OEM/Vendors are meeting the technical specification and BOQ or only BOQ. Or if any dispute is there in BOQ/Technical specification which only EPC/Vendors need to comply,
2. If any other low-cost solutions mean they are passing on the cost-benefit to BMRCL. Then why this message is not given in the tender copy, so that all EPC/Vendors are quoted equally.
3. If any deviation is approved means, the same is conveyed to all other contractors. Which is the deviation in BOQ and technical specification. If yes kindly provide the same. In terms of specification and BOQ superlatively.
4. If any deviation BMRCL is evaluated for the cost for that BMRCL is going to deduct from selected EPC/Vendors.
5. BMRCL is issued a letter BMRCL/ELE/005/2020/Vol-6 Dated 14-Jan-2022 to the vendor, after that vendor what are the material and model are changed. Can we get the copy or comparison between the old model and the new model comparison needed?
6. What for L&T Proposal is being rejected,
7. Can u provide the technical documents of the approved vendors in TTA Specification 3,1.1, 3.1.2, 3..3.4, 3.5.3, and 3.5.4. Or are u given the approval based on the confirmation provided by EPC/Vendor?
8. Have you verified the technical documents of the approved vendors in TTA Specification 3.2.6 in combination with Prebid quarry 170. Or are u given the approval based on the confirmation provided by EPC/Vendor?
9. Vendors are complying with the technical specification of material IN LT panels 4.14, 4.15,
10. Prebid quarry no 364 ( 3.2.6 +4.14 ) is not given any deviation, these approved vendors are complying. If yes kindly provide the model with release details. If not complying why the deviation is not approved in the Prebid quarry itself.
11. If any deviation is approved post tender, if yes kindly provide the details, as to why this is not given during the Prebid time.
12. If any deviation is given, why that is not communicated during the Prebid quarry stage.
13. If the Contractor is not Complying with the Technical Specification (Section 4 ) Why this is part of the Documents.
14. In any other Running similar tender, the same type of deviation is Given to EPC.
15. If any Low cos solutions are approved, then why the same is not communicated during the initial stage.
16. If any deviation is approved on this BOQ, and Technical Specification for Busduct, DB, and Panel. give the list of deviations approved for Technical details are you verifying with technical documents or with their confirmation you are approving.

BMRCL/HBGD/_WHTD-Deport-NEW OCC/E&M - PART A-ELECTRICAL WORKS
1. As per BOQ- A.01 vendor meeting the I, and M,. If yes kindly share the MCCB release Types. As per BOQ vendor is supplying the products or any other low-cost solution is
proposed.
2. As per Specification ACB 3.5.9 this ACB is having the waveform capturing fancily. For that which ACB they are using for that release, type is required.

4. As per this tender all the MCCB and ACB are with RJ45 with Modbus TCP communication as an Embedded feature. The vendor is complying with this. Then product model and release the type.
5. 6, ACBs shall be provided with embedded Modbus TCP over Ethernet for BMS (Building Management System) connectivity through Ethernet protocol. What is the software they are providing.
