1. In complaint No.372/5/2022, Haryana Human Rights Commission sought reports from HSVP and PWD.
2. Vide RTI reference ID 6YG3IZZJ, copies of reports submitted by HSVP and PWD to Haryana Human Rights Commission were sought, which are not provided.
3. Appellate Authority is, therefore, requested to furnish copies of reports submitted by HSVP and PWD to Haryana Human Rights Commission in the above-referred complaint.
4. It is requested that while providing information/reply, personal details/identifying particulars of the complainant may not be revealed.
