As per the latest news reports, the CBI has prima facie concluded that the Manager (Operations) of Chintels Paradiso maintenance company was one of the persons responsible for the roof collapse incident, among others, and was well aware that such a mishap could occur due to the continuous repairs.
1. In this regard, kindly intimate action taken against the office bearers of the then RWA of Chintels Paradiso society who were also well aware that such a mishap could occur due to the continuous unsupervised repairs.
2. Furnish copies of relevant records in support of 1 above.
