1. Reference DoPT Notification No.GSR 67(E) dated 28.01.2014 amending Indian Administrative (Cadre) Rules 1954, particularly referring to amendments to the Schedule (c).

Please give information on the following query:-

(a) The composition of the Civil Services Board (CSB) year-wise during the Financial Years 2014-15, 2015-16 and 2016-17.

(b) Copies of recommendations of CSB for premature transfers as referred to in 2(d).

(c) With reference to Schedule (c) 3.Procedure, give copies of the quarterly report sent to the Central Government. Indicate the quarters when the requisite Report not sent.

2. Give a copy of the State’s Civil Services Board (CSB) Annual Report for 2016-17, required under para 3(1)(b) of the Government of India DoPT’s Notification G.S.R.-426(E) dated 13.04.2016, sent to the Central Government – indicate if the Report not sent.
