Maharashtra State Highway 10 which starts from Patrakar Chowk till New Arts, Commerce and Science College, Ahmednagar. The information is requested for period from January 2023 till date.
1. Detailed progress reports, contract agreement, road-work plan, if any, related to the maintenance and repair of the above-mentioned road from.
2. Details of funds allotted, disbursed and utilized for its repair and maintenance, along with the nature of the expenses.
3. Please provide the stipulated quality norms, inspection reports, and the name of the agency or contractor responsible for its maintenance and repair work.
4. Information about the frequency at which the repair/maintenance checks are conducted on the mentioned road.
5. The latest inspection report about the condition of the road or highway in question.
6. The copy of complaints, if any, received from the public concerning the condition of the aforementioned road in the last two years.
7. Details of any undertaken and pending actions, including file notings and correspondence, on those complaints.
8. Any future plans to repair and maintain the road.
As stated in Section 7(6) of the RTI Act, 2005, I want clear photocopies of the information requested along with supporting documents either mailed to my postal address or emailed if in digital format to my email address instead of being asked to inspect the documents.
