As per section 2 subsection (f) of the RTi act 2005, please furnish me with following information which is of vital public interest and as requested. Failing to this will attract the penalty and disciplinary action from the CIC under Sections 18(1), 20(1) and(2) of RTI Act, 2005. And, if any information or part of it is not available to you then as per Section 6(3) of RTI Act, you have the power to transfer the application or parts of it, if the same relates to information held by another public authority / PIO concerned immediately.
1) Furnish me with "name of the property" for all the lands/properties owned by Comunidade of Shiroda in Ponda taluka mentioned in Tombo1 (Register 1) book maintained as per code of comunidades 1961.
2) Furnish me with "Designation of the property and its boundaries and perimeter" for all the lands/properties owned by Comunidade of Shiroda in Ponda taluka mentioned in Tombo1 (Register 1) book maintained as per code of comunidades 1961.
The above asked information is readily available with the comunidades in its register 1(Tombo 1).
If my RTI request or part of the request is rejected by PIO then provide the reason for rejection as per Section 7 (8) of RTI Act. Application fee is attached. I declare that I am a citizen of India.
