1. As per Chapter II, Part IV of the Bar Council of India Rules (Legal Education), Provide information on whether a law student enrolled in a 3-year or 5-year LLB program is permitted to pursue Company Secretary (CS), Chartered Accountancy (CA), and Cost and Management Accountancy (CMA) courses simultaneously with their LLB.
2.Provide any official guidelines, notifications, or circulars issued by the Bar Council of India regarding the simultaneous enrollment of law students in the LLB program and these professional courses (CS, CA, CMA).
3. Provide details of any restrictions, limitations, or specific conditions imposed by the Bar Council of India on law students pursuing additional professional courses such as CS, CA, or CMA while being enrolled in the LLB program. If any such restrictions exist, kindly provide relevant rules or regulations.
