Please intimate whether AAI Employees CDA (conduct, discipline and appeal) Regulations are different from CDA rules of other PSUs.
While granting approval to AAI ECDA Regulations, whether the Ministry ensured that these are based on model CDA Regulations of DPE (common to all PSUs) and not different from other PSUs.
Whether CDA Regulations should conform to laws and Constitution.
While approving CDA Regulations, whether the common model CDA Regulations were taken into consideration by MOCA.
In case it is found that AAI is following following CDA procedure different from other PSUs, what action can be taken as per rules/law.
Authority competent to take such action.
Authority competent to amend AAI ECDA Regulations.
Authority competent to annul/review AAI ECDA Regulations.
