For 20 Meluri Assembly Constituency, Nagaland, (1.)Please provide a village wise full beneficiary list since 2008 to 2016, on implementation of PDS, MDM, ICDS, Antodaya Anna Yojna, Annapurna Yojna, widow pension, maternity benefit, old age pension and (2) Under MNREGA, village wise beneficiary list since 2008 for no. of Job cards issued, no. of application for jobs applied, no. of jobs given within 15 days of work demanded, no of unemployment allowance applied for and given/rejected with grounds of rejection, if any. Also Govt. documents on Notifications, orders, awareness drives to promote MNREGA since 2008. Also, no. Of Social Audits planned, notified, implemented, with full participants list with names and signatures.
