As per rules, whether family member of PSU employee can lodge complaint with administrative ministry for abuse and misuse of power by senior officers/management and causing harassment/victimization to the said PSU employee.
Also, whether complaints can be made by PSU employee to all board members.
Kindly provide copies of all rules in this regard.
Whether the said complaint will fall under the category of misconduct.
Further, the administrative ministry only forwards the complaint to concerned PSU rather than taking any action. Please provide rules under which administrative ministry is required/bound to take action on such complaints.
