Velachery Tambaram Main Road is becoming too narrow and causes high traffic. In this context, please provide:
1) Copies of plans/ maps/ layouts/ any other documents that indicate the exact width for this road as proposed at the time of its construction
2) Copies of the project proposal for the construction of this road that was conceived before this road was laid out.
3) Copies of MoUs/agreements signed between the PWD office and other government and/or private agencies, at the time the construction of this road was approved.
4) Copies of action reports/ fact finding reports and other such documents that entail information on action taken against unauthorized encroachment over the surface area of this road.
5) Any new amendments through project proposals/ notifications/ any other documents received by your office in the scope of both the improvement and redevelopment of this road.
