I would like to request the following information under the Right to Information Act, 2005:
Till August 2023, almost all applicants' biometric authentication has been completed, and their applications have been verified as per the guidelines. Despite this, there has been no update or further information regarding the release of the merit list, the amount to be disbursed, or the disbursement details for the fresh applicants (2022-23).
Provide the following information with timelined documentations.
1. What is the current status of the scholarship disbursement for the 2022-23 session under the MoMa NSP MCM for the fresh applicants?
2. Why is there a delay in the release of scholarship funds for verified applicants?
3. When can students expect the funds to be disbursed?
4.What steps are being taken to ensure that the benefits of the scholarship schemes reach to the students of subsequent sessions after session 2022-23 (newly admitted, existing/continued and or who have passed out during period) as they couldn't apply due to portal is not open for them?
