3. Please provide the number of households that have applied for the 'Gruha Jyothi Scheme' and out of those, the number of households that have been selected for the scheme. Kindly provide this data on a district level.

I have for reference Lr.No.TGSPDCL/RTI Act /SPIO/APIO/ID.NO.94/2024 D.No.201 Dated.16-07-2024 written by State public information officer and general Manager (Medical) TGSPDCL stating that the Information sought by me is in the shape of Questionnaire. Hence he cannot furnish the information sought by me. He has also mentioned about section 2(f) of RTI act in the letter. Sir Please go through the RTI Application forwarded by me on 22-06-2024.From the application You can clearly Observe that I ask for certain Information Pertaining to the implementation of "Gruha Joythe scheme" Announced by Honourable Chief Minister of Telangana State. So Please Instruct the concerned PIO to furnished the Information requested by me.

Any State Government/ Central Government before implementing a social welfare measure for the befit of downtrodden will have a calculation of income that is going to be foregone because of the implementation of that welfare measure. In the Instant case government is on record to say in the assembly that the state government is incurring heavy losses in power generation and distribution. After the Implementation of this "Gruha Joythe scheme" State government is going to Incur some more losses. So my request is to Furnish the Following Information
