Copies of all rules with regard to framing of minor penalty chargesheet.
Copies of all rules with regard to framing of major penalty chargesheet.
Copies of all rules with regard to holding of DPC while issuing minor penalty chargesheet.
As per rules, whether copy of minor penalty chargesheet itself is to be sent/marked to DPC cell or only a short note in this regard.
