Building cracks that started to appear in the past in affordable housing society, namely, AVL 36 Society, Sector 36, Gurugram, Haryana have now increased and plaster/heavy concrete chunks (with rust marks) have started to fall.
In this regard, please furnish the following information:
1. Details of inspection carried out by DTCP, if any.
2. Copies of instructions issued to builder/RWA to repair cracks.
3. Steps taken by DTCP to prevent similar mishappening that occurred in Chintels Paradiso.
4. Please furnish names and designations of DTCP officials/builder staff/RWA office bearers who will be held responsible in case of any mishappening.
5. Copy of structural audit report of above society OR copy of order issued to get structural audit done.
