The security guard deployed in Solomon Heights, Sector 19, Dwarka, New Delhi is in possession of rifle/pistol and discharges duty during night time by carrying this rifle/pistol (refer CCTV footage of the society).
In this regard, kindly furnish the following information:
1. Copy of arms licence granted to the security agency whose security guard deployed in the above society carries rifle/pistol during night time.
2. Whether security guards are allowed to carry rifle/pistol as per rules. Kindly furnish copies of relevant rules.
