1.As per order on 02nd May 2022 for conducting inspection of Food Business ,How many  time are frequency conducting of Food Inspector /DfO for retail store.

2.Whether Food Inspector/Designated Food authority are not conducting inspection of Food Business as per the order , the Department can be take action against Food Inspector or not.

3.Most of the Food Inspector/Designated Food authority are conducting inspection only specified FBO ,Please provide List of FBO are  conducted the inspection  by Food Inspector at last two years.

4.Most of the Food Inspector/Designated Food authority have not paid any money to FBO  of  the sample of product and collecting of free .Whether the department are issued any guideline in this matter.

5.Whether the Department are received Sou Mottu complaint /misconduct against food Inspector/Designated Food authority last three years or not ,if yes ,please provide full detail.
