BACKGROUND

M/s Chintels India Limited is carrying out major repairs in the society, namely, Chintels Paradiso, Sector 109, Gurugram, Haryana for the past around 6 months.

In this connection, kindly provide the following information under RTI Act, 2005:

1. Whether M/s Chintels has sought environmental clearance for carrying out repair work.

2. Whether environmental clearance is granted to M/s Chintels for carrying out repair work.

3. If yes, kindly provide certified copy of the same.

4. If no, kindly intimate action taken against M/s Chintels for carrying out major repairs without obtaining environmental clearance thereby causing harm to the environment by heavy noise and dust pollution.
