4) Provide the names of Chairperson who have chaired different academic and administrative committees formed at IIM Sambalpur starting from April 2017 to till date.
5) Provide the annual appraisal / evaluation form of Director IIM Sambalpur & non-teaching staffs for the period of last 2 years.
6) Provide the details of all cost incurred by the Institute (Tax Payers money) on Director & Director residence starting from April 2017 to till date. Also let us know the entitlement of the Director as per the offer letter and how much extra amount has been spent on Director & Director residence on top of the entitlement.
7) Provide all the tours / travel details (within and outside city) of Director IIM Sambalpur starting from April 2017 to April 2020.And also provide the list of non-teaching staff who accompanied him during those travel.
