Many allottees in AVL36 Society, Sector 36, Gurugram, Haryana are converting their 1BHK & 2BHK apartments into 3BHK by demolishing common wall and also carrying out other changes.
Kindly provide following information:
1. Total 1BHK & 2BHK apartments in the names of same person or their relatives. Provide list indicating apartment numbers and other details. Such list be published in public domain.
2. Total apartments which are converted into 3BHK.
3. Whether approval has been sought from RERA or competent authority to convert 1BHK & 2BHK apartments into 3BHK by merging the same.
4. Intimate particulars of competent authority (if not RERA) to grant such approval.
5. Whether such conversion is not effecting the structural strength of the society.
6. Particulars of persons who will be held responsible and accountable in case of any untoward incident.
7. Whether such conversion/changes in affordable housing project are brought to the notice of PMO.
