Please provide following information/list under RTI act of 2005

1. Copy of action taken reports of CBSE received by CVC from CBSE regarding rotation/ transfer of CBSE employees of preet Vihar Delhi in wake of CVC guidelines vide Circular dated 02.11.2001, 11.09.2013, 09.10.2019 and 03.02.2022.

2. No of employees with unit name who were made to overstay at CBSE Preet Vihar office against CVC and GOI orders. File noting recording reasons of overstay of these employees with details of approving officer of CBSE and CVC may be provided.
