Kindly refer news titled, "Noida society asks bachelor tenants to vacate", excerpts of which are as follows:
"All tenants must have police verification certificate and approval of the resident's welfare association. Seriou's concern has been expressed by local authorities on the possibility of objectionable activities in some of these flats and the RWA has been asked to provide details to the local authorities. Some cases have come to the fore in which rent agreement of an apartment is made in the name of one person, but that flat is further sub-let to five, six, or even seven girls. Every society resident needs to be disciplined enough as not to cause any inconvenience to fellow residents and activities risking people's security should be avoided. Any commercial activity like PG, with frequent changes in tenants, which can be a threat to the security of a society, has to be avoided."
In view of the above, kindly furnish following information:
1. Total number of apartments in the society, namely, AVL 36 Society, Sector 36, Gurugram, Haryana that are on rent.
2. Whether police verification has been done in respect of all the tenants. Furnish documentary proof.
3. Whether approval of RWA/AOA is available in respect of all the tenants. Furnish documentary proof.
4. Total number of apartments in the society, namely, AVL 36 Society, Sector 36, Gurugram, Haryana that are rented to bachelors.
5. Whether police has inspected the society with regard to running of commercial activities in the above society. Please furnish copy of inspection report.
NOTE: - I am enclosing self-attested Xerox copy of Voter ID card as a proof of my Indian Citizenship. The address that is appearing on my voter ID card is my residential address, I am filing the RTI request from my office address.
