Under the RTI act 2005, I request the YOURTI team to file Second Appeal to Thane Municipal Corporation for not answering the queries of my RTI filed months ago. This is the RTI Number- A2RJ9WDX

Please provide information on the following queries on tabular manner

1- Provide the number of Hawkers/Apang Stall using Public Property like footpath and road from Ashapura Mandir Bus Stop near Masjid to Majiwada Gaon Fatima Church

2- Provide names and location of legal hawkers and apang stall in the above mention area

3- In case of illegal hawkers and illegal stalls in the above mentionned area pls provide date of last drive to demolish the menace of hawkers in the area, pls attach images if possible

4- Please inform the public How much Monthly Rent (in Rupees) does Reyansh Chinese Corner at Majiwada Gaon opposite Foodland, pay to Thane Municipal Corporation for using Public Footpath and Road ? if they are not paying any Rent, then what action the TMC has taken to remove the structure.

5. Please inform the public How much Monthly Rent (in Rupees) does Mr. Raj Thackeray Or Maharashtra Navnirma Sena at Majiwada Naka near Ashapura Mandir Bus stop, pay to Thane Municipal Corporation for using Public Footpath and Road and road for its personal use as Taxi Stand. If they are not paying any rent then what action Thane Municipal Corporation has taken to remove the structure.

6. Please inform the public How much Monthly Rent (in Rupees) does Singh Tea Corner at Majiwada Gaon opposite Telavane Garden near Majiwada Gaon Bus Stop, pay to Thane Municipal Corporation for using Public Footpath and Road . If they are not paying any rent then what action Thane Municipal Corporation has taken to remove the structure.

7. Please inform the public How much Monthly Rent (in Rupees) does RK Saloon at Majiwada Gaon near Majiwada Gaon Bus Stop near Orchids Complex,pay to Thane Municipal Corporation for using Public Footpath and Road ?If they are not paying any rent then what action Thane Municipal Corporation has taken to remove the structure.
