Please Intimate whether your institute is  designated for treatment of Covid Patients. If the answer is "Yes" provide the following information.

1.  How many Doctors (including UG, PG students who also work in your hospital and faculty) in your hospital were on COVID duty in the month of August, 2020, in various departments and in isolation wards.

2) Provide COVID duty list for the month of August, 2020 in gynecology and cardiology department of your hospital.

3) Provide COVID duty list for the month of August, 2020 in isolation ward of your hospital.

4) Is the burden of COVID duty distributed equally on all the doctors working (including UG, PG students Who also work in your hospital) in your hospital. If yes, provide list that clearly shows that. If No, then state the reason for unequal distribution of the COVID duty burden on doctors.
