I am Nb Sub (TIFC) Man Prakash Rai have been serving in Indian Army since 03 Nov 1997 and presently posted as Technical Instructor of Fire Control (TIFC) in a Air Defence Unit. Sir for last two year my commanding officer as well as other officers of the unit misbehaving and harassing me. My Commanding officer always details me as a GD(General Duties) Jco. I always detailed for guard Jco or as a working commander in the unit. Sir the officers incl CO always insult me. Therefor I would like to request to you kindly provide information regarding duties of a TIFC JCO in Air Defence Units. I will always grateful to you at your act of kindness. Thank you
