I would like to know the few information regarding the Mir Momin Graveyard, situated at Sultan Shahi, Moghalpura, Charminar, Hyderabad, State of Telangana .as follows
1.Whether the said graveyard belongs to only one specific community of Muslims.
2. Is there any provision in waqf board law for preserving the graves in advance.
3. Telangana State Waqf board Chairman has announced and warned to 1 and all regarding fees charges and asked them to provide graves free of cost . is this true or false if it is true I need a copy GOs. as unauthorised care takers are charging huge amounts for graves I need a written copy for the same statement. If it is true ?
3. As the said graveyard having graves of Sunni Muslims and Shia Muslims and presently graveyard have any committee for the same ? if there is a committee so I want to know the committee have equal members belongs to both community Sunni and Shia.
4. If there is no committee for the Mir Momin Graveyad in present days . Any waqf board employee or officer is dupeted for the Graveyard?
