As per the latest news reports, the CBI has prima facie concluded that the Estates Manager of Chintels Paradiso is responsible for the roof collapse incident, among others, who was well aware that such a mishap could occur due to the continuous repairs.

1. In this regard, kindly intimate action taken against the Estates Manager of AVL 36 Society, Sector 36, Gurugram, Haryana where similar irregularities are going on (against rules and layout plans) which is well within the knowledge of Estates Manager as well as DTP officials.
