Vide point No.2 of RTI reply/letter No.A-60015/24/2021-Admn dated 15.09.2021, it is informed that pay & allowances of one employee were stopped.

1. Please intimate the "procedure" to stop pay & allowances.

2. Provide copies of relevant rules.

3. Whether pay & allowances can be stopped without concluding disciplinary proceedings.

4. Whether pay & allowances can be stopped without passing speaking/reasoned orders by disciplinary authority.

5. Provide copy of order vide which pay & allowances were stopped (after hiding personal information).
