1. Please intimate the procedure followed for stopping pay & allowances of employees on the principle of no work no pay (when employee is neither submitting leave nor reporting for duty).
2. Under which rules such action is dealt.
3. Can entire pay can be stopped without following the procedure laid down under CDA rules.
4. Can entire pay can be stopped without passing the orders by the disciplinary authority.
5. Total number of employees whose salaries have been stopped during last 3 years.
