Kindly provide the following details

1. Whether any agreement or MoU was made with M/s. HLL Infra Tech Services Limited regarding procurement of Goods/services for/on behalf of ICMR and its Institutes. If yes, kindly provide the copy

2. No. of procurements made by M/s. HLL Infra Tech Services Limited for ICMR as on 03.08.2021 as per such agreement/MoU, if any.

3. Out of the procurements made by M/s. HLL Infra Tech Services Limited for ICMR, kindly provide the Institute/Centre/Unit wise details for the following

i. Date of procurement requests received by ICMR with the name of the equipment/service requested from Institutes/centers/units from 01.02.2021 to 03.08.2021

ii. Date of communication made to M/s. HLL Infra Tech Services Limited for initiating the procurement process

iii. Out of the requests received between 01.02.2021 to 03.08.2021, kindly provide Institute wise details where the procurement has been completed and delivery has been made to the respective Institute and payment has been made to the supplier

iv. Name and cost of such completed procurements as per query No. 3.iv

v. Name of the supplier and address of such completed procurments

vi. Mode of the procurement adopted by M/s. HLL Infra Tech Services Limited for each of the above procurement made (GeM purchase as per GFR 149 (ii) / GeM e-bidding as per GFR 149 (iii) / e-tender as per GFR 159 / GFR 160)

vii. Details of procurements as requested by the Institutes in Query No. 3.i. which has been initiated by M/s. HLL Infra Tech Services Limited but has bot been completed as on 03.08.2021

4. 10. Kindly provide the Institute/Centre/Units/Headquarters wise breakup of the number of Administrative Officer (Procurement or Purchase or Stores) currently working under ICMR

11. Kindly provide the Institute/Centre/Units/Headquarters wise breakup of the number of Section Officer (Procurement or Purchase or Stores) currently working under ICMR
