I had submitted a 'Remove Family Member' request on 'https://tnpds.gov.in/' along with valid supporting document on 15th January, 2021.

The request had been rejected by simply stating the reason as 'rejected'.
#1 Please let me know why the request was rejected, even though I had submitted valid supporting document.
#2 The request should have been rejected by specifying a valid reason. However, the request was rejected by simply stating the reason as 'rejected' & asking to contact the Document Verification Officer for whom no email/phone number was not specified. This doesn't help the end user to know the reason for rejection. If I have to visit the Taluk office in person for this simple task, what is the use of making this 'family member removal' functionality digital in the TNPDS portal?
