Refer RTI reply dated 05.08.2021 furnished by CPIO Shri M. Natarajan supplying copy of grievance redressal mechanism/policy. The following information may be furnished as there is no mention of the same in the policy:

1. Particulars of the officer with whom grievances can be made against SGO and/or officers/staff of staff grievance cell.

2. If GM (HR)/staff grievance officer was himself involved in a decision process against which grievance is made, in such cases who will act as SGO and where grievances are to be made.

3. As per policy, grievances and appeals are to be disposed within 1 month. Whether the time frame is strictly adhered to.

4. Date on which staff grievance policy came into force.

5. How many times the staff grievance policy is reviewed since it's coming into force. Provide full details.

6. Since July 2020 to Nov 2020, SGO was GM (HR) of ES-I. During the said period who attended to grievances pertaining to ES-I section.

7. Provide copies of file notings pertaining to above RTI reply.
