Kindly clarify the below mentioned queries regarding obc non-creamy layer
1. I am working in a private sector bank and my income for the previous fiscal is more than Rs. 8 lakh. I dont have any other income apart from salary income.
2. My father got retired as a Group 1/Class A officer from the state government. He joined as a group 4/class d employee in the state government. My mother is a home maker.
3. My father has pension income and income from deposits, which is less than Rs. 8 lakh in the previous fiscal. He is not having any other income.
1. In the above circumstances, please clarify if I (daughter) belong to obc-non creamy layer, subject to fulfillment of all other conditions.
2. For determination of obc-non creamy layer, please clarify whether (a) individual income will be taken into consideration or only the parents income will be taken into consideration. (b) Salary income/pension income will be considered for ascertaining the income. (c) Whether pension benefits of my father which was received in one year, which is not regular income be considered for determination of creamy layer?
