Through This RTI, We want information regarding Action Taken Report and Reason behind Delay in action for complaint submitted by Rajpal Singh Joon s/o Shri Ram Joon  to DTP Jhajjar on 12 October 2020.

Matter :- Regarding Illegal Activity and Possesion on Agricultural Land without CLU, NOC and environment clearance in HL City ...beside Avenue 37 Mall . 

And if those activities are legal as per DTP, then provide us with photo copies of CLU, NOC, Environment Clearance of that land by Department  .
