1) One of the two Doctors (CMO, R&H) posted in O/o the  AD, CGHS Nagpur  has not been transferred from the   sensitive post  in spite of working more than three years  in  O/o the  AD, CGHS Nagpur . Provide the reason 

2) There's already a shortage  of  female Doctors in the different Wellness Centers (Dispensaries)  under  CGHS  Nagpur  and  even then , the female Doctor ( CMO R&H)  has been  posted in the  Admin.  Section of   O/o the  AD, CGHS, Nagpur .  Provide the reason.

3) The  Directorate of CGHS,  MoHFW , already issued the  Order  clearly  stating  to  immediately  revert  the   OSD (CMO R&H)  to the  Wellness  Center  but  the  order  was not followed by   the then AD,  CGHS Nagpur .  Rather , the Directorate's  order  was  misinterpreted  and  only  the designation  of  that official (CMO R&H)  was changed and  the official stayed  in  the  Admin Section of  O/o the  AD, CGHS , Nagpur . Provide the reason.
