Background:
I have logged in to select channels according to TRAIs new rule which are being implemented from 1st February 2019, but i can not select my desired channels.
Videocon d2h is forcing us to take 100 channels of their own choice in random and charging us NCF for that, and any channel choice we make are charged above it.
As taking only 25 DD channels are mandatory, the rest 75 channels are being forced by videocon on us and they made it default pack for all.
This is clear violation of TRAIs new rule, as we are not allowed to select channels of our choice within 1st 100 channel lists.
1. I want clear explanation on this issue from videocon d2h on it.
