2. Whether employee on unauthorized absence is to be placed under suspension as per rules.
3. Whether employee on unauthorized absence is entitled to salary/subsistence allowance.
4. As per rules, is it mandatory to suspend employees who are on unauthorized absence.
5. In certain cases, employees on unauthorized absence are not suspended but their entire salaries are stopped. Please furnish whether such action is as per rules.
