At Majiwada Junction, near Runwal Regency opposite BPCL Pump, under Majiwada Manpada Prabhag Samiti, A Builder who is constructing SRA project for Samrat Ashok Nagar Slums is violating DP plan of Thane Municipal Corporation, by not leaving space for the proposed road widenings mentioned below -
1. MAJIWADA VILLAGE ROAD is proposed to widened for which this builder needs to leave some space
2. Proposed Demand of Locals of additional 20 meters wide service road at Ghodbunder Road for which the builder needs to leave some space.
In all from two sides The builder needs to leave some space which they are noy doing. The builder has dug up and started constructing the plinth of the building which is violating TMC DP Plan. But why TMC is not taking any action? Has the TMC stopped the DP Plan ? The roads wont be widened? Is there any Corruption in the said matter? What action is TMC taking to stop the builder ? Will TMC force the builder to leave some land ?
