Please provide rules for applying sick leave on HRMS portal at SBI.
Please provide answer to the below query:-
1.As per rules, for how many days of sick leave can an employee apply without certification by doctor.
2.Who can an employee approach if sick leave is not granted for 1 or 2 day of sick leave on the basis that he/she doesn't have any prescription from doctor as for this small period employee is unable to show any prescription by doctor for rest as it's normal fever, stomach ache or minor ailments for which he/she is self aware of his health concerns.
3.what action can be taken against approving authorities if the approving authority at SBI denies sick leave saying an employee is taking sick leave by lying while actually the employee was actually having health issues for 1-2 days.
