2. Names and designations of all such employees and purpose for which extraordinary leave was requested.
3. Total number of employees in CHQ who were granted extraordinary leave during the last three years indicating names and designations.
4. Total number of employees in CHQ who were NOT granted extraordinary leave during the last three years indicating names and designations and reasons for rejection.
5. Copies of file notings of all cases.
6. Copies of orders of all cases.
7. Competent authority to grant extraordinary leave in case of JE to SM.
