Sir,

Your Regional Office,EPFO Goa has stopped receiving Aadhar based CCF  Forms w.e.f.01/01/2019 even for those employees whose kyc are updated & approved by their employers. Aadhar Based CCF Form was introduced by your dept. for rhe employees to be independent from their employers to withdraw their balance after leaving the job.

But it is seen that the officers of the respective regional office are not accepting the Aadhar based CCF Forms without any Notification/Circular/Order. They are orally giving instructions to the poor employees that they have got oral  instructions from Head Office & Ministry.

I would like to ask EPFO, RO Goa that what was the % of kyc updated by the employers in respect of their employees as on 31/12/2018 & as on 15/03/2019?

What steps have been taken by the RO Goa from 01/01/2019 to till date for achieving the 100% goal?

Without achieving 100% how can the organisation force its subscribers for going 100% online ?

As your portal does not provide the online facility of applying Form 15G, stiil organisation is forcing for going online.Dont you think that, its misguiding & harassing the poor employees?

Rules & Regulations are made for conveince & easiness of employees, not for harassing the employees.

So i would like to know that without 100% of KYC updated by Employers, on what ground & which notification /circular/ order EPFO, RO Goa is forcing for 100% online withdrawl?

Have you any Order/Circular/Notification issued to EPFO , RO Goa from your Head Office or Ministry regarding Non Acceptance of Aadhar based CCF Forms?
