Despite requests, RWA/AOA of AVL36 society, sector 36, gurugram, haryana is not providing copy of bye-laws.
1. Please provide copy of bye-laws as submitted in the O/o District Registrar and are public documents.
2. Also furnish copy of memorandum of association.
3. Time limit for redressal of grievances by RWA/AOA may be intimated, as grievances are kept pending for several months.
4. In case of non-redressal or unsatisfactory redressal of complaints/grievances, whether residents can approach O/o District Registrar.
5. Please provide particulars of officer (including email ID) who can be approached.
